Tesfa Addis Parents Childhood Cancer Organization is a parent led organization taking care of young children affected by cancer. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and First Lady Zinash Tayachew together with Minister of Health Amir Aman and Deputy Mayor Takele Uma spent the morning celebrating Eid with the children and parents at the center.

Prime Minister Abiy commended the work of Tesfa Addis in its drive to instill hope in young children true to its name. He reiterated that such kind of illnesses require the collaboration of many individuals to provide material and morale support and give hope to children. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed called upon Ethiopians to engage in giving to such establishments and shared his unwavering support.

The Minister of Health and the Deputy Mayor pledged an ambulance and a minibus each to the organization, while Musteqbel, an organization supported by Ustaz Abubeker Ahmed donated 100,000 birr. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and First Lady Zinash Tayachew concluded the visit by planting seedlings within the compound.
