How to make teff pancake

A pancake made from Teff flour is intended for a gluten-free diet.

Ingredients for 4 servings

280 G Teff flour
500 ml water
1 prize salt
4 TL baking powder
2 EL Sunflower oil


  1. Mix the Teff flour, baking powder and salt together. Add the water and stir everything.
  2. Spread the oil in a pan well and let it get very hot, add a small portion of the dough, distribute evenly in the pan and bake the pancakes from Teff flour from both sides.
