Fraol is a 12 years old boy who lives in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He is deaf, paralyzed and suffered from aphonia (the loss of voice due to stress on the vocal chords). His parents, especially his mother, are facing extreme hardship in raising him. Their story is presented by EBS TV’s Wulo, a reality-based show.
